UGL Induction
A NOTE TO OUR VALUED SUB-CONTRACTORS
As a contractor for UGL services it is now required that ALL of our subcontractors have completed the UGL induction, and are issued with an induction card.
To complete the induction, please read through the Induction Manual and complete the questionnaire - this includes yourself, and any other workers that you take to site with you, including apprentices. Linked below is the Manual, the questionaire and the correct answers for you to check yoursef against.
Once completed with 100% pass and signed, please return to our office, and we will then issue you with an Induction Card that is to be carried with you at all times whilst onsite at UGL jobs.
Completed questionaires can be faxed back, or scanned in and emailed back, we do not require originals. As soon as completed questionaires are recieved, your induction card withh be made and sent to you via post. If you require it more urgently, please let us know and a temporary card can be faxed or emailed to you for immediate use
Also just letting you know that recently, there have been subbies from other companies found onsite without a card, and they have been escorted from the premises. We do not want this to happen to any of our contractors, and do not want to see you put in that position. So if you could complete and return as soon as possible it would be appreciated.
